CA. Vijay Kumar Gupta, F.C.A., MBA has a wide and rich experience of more than 38 years in various areas of the profession. He started his professional career in 1986 in finance & accounts, audit and other consultancy work related to diversified nature of organizations both in public and private sector. He also carried out various training program in accounts, auditing and financial management for the benefit of clients as well as own staff. In his capacity as Partner of Chandra Gupta &Associates , leading firm of Chartered Accountants, He has supervised audit of Leading Public Sector Companies (Navratana) and Central Statutory Bank Audit of Bank including merger of New Bank of India into PNB. He is also founder Chairman of British Columbia Chapter of ICAI. And has been speaker in International seminars of ICAI on professional topics including professional opportunities abroad for members of ICAI. Mr. Gupta specializes in Public Private Partnership (PPP) and has worked as a Financial and PPP Specialist on number of projects in India and has also worked as financial consultant on projects funded by World Bank / ADB / USAID. He has worked in countries such as Iran, India, Mauritius, Indonesia and Nepal. He provided training and has presented papers on Public Private Partnership at various platforms internationally. He has been instrumental in providing & conducting value added professional seminars / conferences / activities to enrich worldwide members’ knowledge.
